NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a General Meeting of the FOUNDATION MEMBERS of Pennant Hills Golf Club Limited will be held at the old Professional Shop (There are some things that we would like you to see), Copeland Road, Beecroft, on Tuesday, 24 September 2024 at 4.30p.m. to transact the following business:
- To present the Financial Statements for the period ended 30 June 2024 together with the Chairman’s Report.
- If necessary, to conduct a ballot for the election of Trustees of the Foundation.
- General Business:
- Update on Development Application of the Golf Academy
Notes to Foundation Members:
- The second schedule of the governing trust reads:

- For the avoidance of doubt, the purpose of meetings of Foundation Members is to receive and discuss reports from the Trustees. Other than a ballot for the election of one or more Trustees (if applicable), no formal vote will be conducted at meetings, but all Members will be given a reasonable opportunity to comment on the reports from the Trustees and raise other matters directly pertinent to the Foundation.
