Please note that the annual Golf NSW Affiliation Fee will be placed on to your House Account on Monday.
The cost of the affiliation fee is shown below:
- Adults -$72 each
- Juniors (U18) – $43 each
A reminder every club pays an affiliation fee for all members who have playing rights at the course whether they have a handicap or not. The main reason for this is that there are many benefits associated with Golf NSW affiliation, not only for individual players, but also for the Club. These include;
- Australia wide Public Liability insurance for all club members (with or without a handicap)
- Property Damage insurance for Golf Clubs (where damage is caused by an identified club member)
- Access to the Golf NSW Club Support Service designed to provide a support service to assist and provide advice to affiliated golf clubs on their day-to-day business operations covering Club Operations, Agronomy and Government Grants.
- Course rating services
- High Performance and State Representative opportunities for boys, girls, men, women, and seniors through state championships and interstate series
- Inter-Club event administration eg Women’s Grade, Men’s Pennant, and Eric Apperly competitions
- State based amateur golf events eg Fourball and Foursomes Championships
- Rules accreditation and Education for members/member clubs
- Access to funding through the NSW Golf Foundation
- Development of junior golf through the Jack Newton Junior Golf Foundation
- The Adult Affiliation Fee also includes a Golf Australia Fee of $24.00 & GolfLink Fee of $5.50
