Pennant Hills Golf Club is one of Sydney’s premier private golf clubs, located in the Hills district, directly adjacent to the M2 motorway and minutes from the Pennant Hills Road exit.
The course features magnificent tree lined fairways, the beautiful gardens often have Pennant Hills described as the most picturesque course in Sydney. The clubhouse was completely renovated in 2019 and compliments the golf course with its delightful views, high quality food & beverage offerings and social engagement. Membership at Pennant Hills Golf Club is enjoyed by those who are looking for quality golf and a friendly club community.
We welcome players of all ages and abilities. The camaraderie among members is most often noted by guests attending the Club for the first time.
Membership Options
Our male membership options are Full Playing, Limited and Flexible and female golfers are Full Playing, 6 Day, Limited and Flexible.
Please contact the Club to discuss your playing options. Membership is complemented by the availability of a “pay by the month” subscription facility.
Current Heritage Fees
At Pennant Hills Golf Club, new Members are required to pay a Heritage Fee upon admission. This fee serves as a “buy-in” to the Club’s well-established amenities and capital improvements, which have been developed and funded by both past and present Members.
Why is the Heritage Fee Payable?
The Heritage Fee grants new Members immediate and unrestricted access to all existing facilities and capital improvements. Unlike the annual subscription, which funds ongoing maintenance, operations, and future enhancements, the Heritage Fee recognises the value of the Club’s long-standing infrastructure and ensures fairness to all Members who have contributed to its development.
Is the Heritage Fee Refundable?
No, the Heritage Fee is non-refundable. This is because the performance obligation of the fee is fully satisfied upon admission, providing new Members with full access to the Club’s amenities from day one. There are no ongoing obligations tied to the fee, nor any future claims for reimbursement.
How is the Heritage Fee Different from Annual Fees?
While the Heritage Fee secures access to the Club’s existing facilities, the annual subscription covers the costs of maintaining and improving amenities, ensuring the Club remains a premier golfing destination. Each Member chooses to continue their Membership based on the value they derive from the Club’s services, facilities, and community.
By paying the Heritage Fee, new Members become part of a tradition that upholds and enhances the quality of Pennant Hills Golf Club for generations to come.
